Order # 61401851383810 rejected and money paid not refunded

Payment of USD: 523.45 for order was paid to Alipay Singapore E Commerce thru T/T on March 27, 2014 which was confirmed as being received; and USD:35 remitted thru Western Union to the same Beneficiary on 30/3/2014, and instead of expediting the order and deliver the products paid for, we were informed that the order was rejected and the money received was refunded by the Seller to Alibaba. We cannot till this date receive any information how and when the refund was made by the Seller except for their declaration the money was refunded to Alibaba. Alibaba did not confirm the receipt of the refund money.

Can Alibaba confirm receipt of the refunded money by the Supplier and how we can use the refunded amount to place another order with a different supplier thru Alibaba?
