Unbelievable, hair raising experience. True story. They advertise on Kijiji for incredible rental car deals. $150.00 for the entire week. However, they have set up their business in a way where they know the rules and laws, so they can deceive their customers in the end. In their "car rental" contract, they state it is for mechanical services and repair, not for a rental car. Therefore, you cannot prove to Visa (credit card company) that it was for a car rental, and you want your money back. In the contract all the credit card companies will look at is the service you have received in your contract. Therefore, it is imperative, that they give you this contract instead for the first set up against their customer. It also says in the contract that they will hold your 500.00 deposit for 90 working days. This means you have to only count Mon-Fri 90 days, which ends up being approx. 5 months. They deliberatley do this, because Visa will not "chargeback" a complaint as soon as it hits the 90 day mark. Three Stars Rent A Car, John, will tell you every time you call, that the check is in the mail. And it never arrives! They are complete fraud. Never returned my money back. BEWARE! And warn everyone.

I agree with the above report. I was a victim of this company too. Visa could not get my money back. But Ministry of consumer service located at toronto was able to screw their company and got my money back. It took about 2 months after the compalnt i got it back.
