|I got a new mother board from them they charged my account back in june. i got up this morning to pay my bill and called my bank to find out they had charged me again for the same thing as the first time .they told me it was the banks fault and i need to dispute the charges and they would not return them .i then asked for a supervisor and was told that they didn't have a supervisor and i would have to hold for 45 min till they could find one. i then called back after i was disconnected. i was told the same thing the disconnected again. i then contacted my local police department and filed a report with them was told to contact them back by the officer i talked too and whn i did i talked to Linda and she instructed me that i was stupit for contacting the police in this matter it was my banks fault and she said she would give me here direct line so i could call her back and tell her she was right and i would owe her and apology for telling her that she was wrong. then then let her know that the report was filed and she got really upset over that and started telling me over and over her name and said good by 6 or 7 times. i am a disabled mother of 2 boy and them money that was taken from me was to pay my electric bill and house payment and now i can do ether. i hope to god that i don't lose my home over this company doing this too me. i have seen on the forms that it has been done to many parties and this should be stopped|
