Tmart Tmart, Hong Kong, China Tmart refuses my refund after selling me auto electrical junk that did not work. , Internet

i orderd LED automotive light bulbs from Tmart after reading there advertisements on the Internet. When I received the LED bulbs in the mail, not one of them worked. I put my old bulbs back in the light sockets and everything worked just fine. I contacted Tmart via the Tmart website, and they responded by saying that I needed to have my vehicle's electrical system inspected and tested. I advised them that there was nothing wrong with my electrical system and insisted that Tmart either send me the correct working bulbs or refund all my costs back to my Visa Card. Tmart refused to do either. I guess I'm just screwed because I found out that Tmart is based out of Hong Kong, China. I spoke with Visa by phone and they didn't seem too interested in helping me get my money back. I guess with the volumn of junk that China is dumping into the U.S. these days, Visa would probably be a little reluctant to offend or go after a Chinese company that is doing the volumn of business that Tmart is probably doing with Internet sales. Internet buyer beware......

I completely agree. This is NOT a reliable company. My order has not arrived in two months. But they refuse my refund requests. According to their policy (http://www.tmart.com/HelpCenter/45-Day-Refund-Guarantee.html) if you don't receive your items in 45-days you are entitled to a refund. But customer service is trying to stall me with similar responses telling me to keep waiting. I regret the day i decided to shop in this site.
