dear brothers
here sharing you my latest very bad experince with toyota walton motors lahore and wish to share with you so u guys beaware from them.
today morning i visited there for my corolla xli first free inspection, i was having issues of low rpm and adjustment of head lights which i told at reception.
mechanic started checking work, than electriction check the head light and without making adjustment he said its ok , i compaint to supervisor than another electriction made adjustment.
in the mean time mech who was sitting all the time at driving seat enjoying redio and ac, he started to open up centerl consol box to make adjustment of hand break which i think useless as hand break was working well, once electriction finished his job mechanic asked me to get gatepass as car is almost ready , i did so and when back car was parking at side which i collected and drove to my office, in office parking i open the central consol box to place my wallet than i shocked to notice the inner pocket of consol box missing, i called walton moter after transfering line to differnt people finally they denied that xli dont have inner pocket ( picture attached ), one of my friend and myself drove back to walton motor but mechanic and all management simply deny that xli dont have such inner pocket, my friend got angree so i brought him out , he called his one of friend in rangers and we drove to rangers head quater to meet him.. to cut story short, at 6 pm my self , my friend, his ranger friend alongwith 2 jawans in civel dress waiting oposite road of walton motors and as soon we saw that mechanic came out on motor bike we started to follow him and near packages factory we got him , both jawans harshly put him in the car and threaten him etc
in start that mechanic denied but later he accepted that he took out that inner system as it was mistakenly installed by factory and its only for altis, according to him his supervisor/ toyota walton motor also knew all about this and he took out by his instructions etc and he is poor man and if his company came to know that he told us truth than his job would be on risk etc etc

in view of his job we forgave and let him go....
i am also going to lodge a claim to indus motor company karachi( without mech name and his confession of guilt to save his job ) though i am confident indus also involve in theft...
when ever any of bro go toyota walton motor should keep his 2 even 4 or 6 eyes on ur car all the time from every angle
