For 3 weeks now I have been asking them to refund my money and now they're saying they have a clear policy on their web site saying they do not refund any money. I went to their web site to look, and now at the bottom after you have put in all of your payment information (below the submit button) they have placed a small notice saying they don't refund if their products don't work.

That is completely bogus. If you are looking for CD+G software for Karaoke, do not use TriceraSoft. They are a bogus scam. There are plenty of other companies out there that sell the software and would be happy to provide quality service.
