Triple Boxing Robbery and denial! Woodstock, Georgia

I love getting robbed! Don't you?? Yeah... didn't think so. I signed up for Triple Boxing with the high hopes of become a halfway decent boxer. Right when i was learning all of the punches and ducks and weaves (a few months into it) i noticed that they had charged my bank account double for one of the months (April). Being a normal human being who doesn't like being what i believed to be an accidental charge of $100, i brought in a copy of my statement to show them. When i brought it in, the owner (not surprisingly, he very rarely showed up even though he was the "head" instructor) wasnt there so i told my problem to one of the other coaches. He told me that the best way to handle this via email so I did what a sensible person would do and sent them and email. So i sent my email, all polite and making sure to use the word "accidental" before "charge" and asking them to refund the money into my account. I also attached a copy of my bank statement proving the double charge. The responded back that they had only found one payment but would "continue" to look for the "discrepancy." So basically what happened is: Triple Boxing stole my hard earned money then denied it. Im not happy.
