Twistbox Entertainment WAAT MEDIA Scam company charges money for cell phone services people did not subscribe for! Sherman Oaks, California

Currently I have received over more then $250 of subscription fee for a mobile service called "221 GALLERY" on my cell phone bill from Twistbox Entertainment Inc, also known as WAAT Media. Because I actually don't receive ANY content I'm not able to cancel the subscription. Also my provider can't help me because according to them I don't have any subscriptions running. Never the less, I'm still paying for it. I found similar reports. I have tried to contact Twistbox Entertainment Inc, but these people are real scamS and are not responding to any mails. I hope to receive a response from Twistbox Entertainment Inc after this post, otherwise I will be forced to take legal action.

maybe you have some solution already, but if not, I got the solution. I had the same problem; 4 times a month I was billed for "221 GALLERY", and didn't get anything.

Firstable: WAAT Media doesn't exits. It's a ghost site of Twistbox Entertainment USA. WAAT is their "adult content division". Even the email-adresses are not in use. For all problems you have to contact Twistbox USA (http://www.twistbox.com)

Here is the solution: Contact Twistbox by sending them an email on [email protected]. Mention that you would like to cancel your subscribtion. Give all your contact info they need: name, phone number you were billed, owner of the phone number etc. Within a few days you get a response that your subscription is cancelled.

Notice that your cancelling can take up to 3 months, because the provider's billing is afterwards, and the cancelling is after one month.

I saw you posted on ripoffreport.com too, this will help to decrease the responding time of Twistbox.

I'm sorry for my bad English, but I'm from the Netherlands, and I'd like to help people with this problem, because It costs a lot of time (and money) for me to cancel my subscription by Twistbox.
