scam website- does not exist.

i recently ordered a pair of ugg boots from this website,they have took $89.88 from my account on the 2nd of september and i went to check the website about dispatch and noticed that the website was no longer on the website. i would like to get my refund but dont know who to contact any help or advice would be appreciated.

I was the same as you. I ordered the Boots from Uggeden and was concerned when the tracking number they provided me with did not register with the courier company. After reading many messages on google, it appeared that this was a scam and I was a bit upset (to say the least). Two weeks after placing my order my Boots arrived. I am certain from looking at them that they are fakes, don't smell like sheepskin at all, smell a bit like spray paint, and the fur is definitely fake. They are good copies though, but definitely not worth what I paid for.

I will send a notification to Uggeden to let them know that I'm not happy, but not sure what they will do about it. The website does still exist www.uggeden.com. There is a contact e-mail address (a hotmail account) which they do seem to respond to if someone else has the same issue.
