Unclaimed Funds Retrieval, LLC sends out post card indicating that a large amount ($423.00 in my case) has been located in your name, that they will get your money back to you with "no out of pocket expense" but you must schedule for an unprofessional, pushy, and bully agent to come to your house and ask for ID, SS# and my Matricula Consular in order to start the process. They did not nor will give any information whatsoever over the phone as to where the money is coming
from or why. Only after you have surrendered a form of ID and the original post card will they tell you that it's a county property tax adjustment, and they will get you the money provided you sign a limited power of attorney for them to file with the county on you behalf. In other words keep your money like they have ripped off my neighbor as well. After you've signed the power of attorney based on the "no cost" postcard", and have no copies of any paperwork, they put their "final terms of contract" sheet before you forcing you to sign 100% of any found money over to them. They will walk out the door with nothing and leave you with hope that they tear up the already signed paperwork or sign it all over to them. Contact David Childs office yourself @ !
