United Auto Finance
United Auto Finance purchased vehicle march 2011 put $1500 down and made regular payments. I was late 5 days on payment. Came out of my home vehicle

I purchased a vehicle from United Auto Finance in march 2011. I put $1500 down and payments were to be every 2 weeks. I was 5 days late on a payment, came out of my home and found the vehicle gone. United Auto Finance repossesed it. I called and found out they had the vehicle and went to their office to make the payment. I was told I would have to pay $700 to get my vehicle back. When I asked why? the man that identified himself as Shawn told me it would now cost me $930 to get my vehicle back. When I asked why he raised the price he told me "because I can" Today I received a letter from United Auto Finance telling me if they could sell the vehicle for what is owed they would sue me for the balance. I asked several times if they would work with me , seeing that I have 4 small kids, one with a serious medical condition I need this vehicle. . They told me no and they would auction my vehicle off. I immediatly recongized this as a scam. This scam is designed to take the vehicle back, auction it off at a low price and sue the buyer for the rest. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
