Wow, I don't even know where to start with this one! I placed an order for 2 units.. the brain tuner and the blood electrification unit. The site, videos and product edeall looked 100% legit. My order was placed May 28th, I was told to expect it to arrive via priority mail on June 7th. June 7th came and no shipment from Nasri Ayed. I emailed him 5 times and got NO response. Finally, after my 9th email, Nasri apologized and said my product was going to be shipped that Friday June 24th and he sent me a priority mail tracking #. It should have arrived by June 27th. It never did. I emailed Nasri Ayed 5 or 6 more times asking him what the h*ll was going on.. NO response. Then a few days ago I got this email: Hello, I would like to notify you that we have been severely delayed due a financial crisis and we are awaiting the funds to send your units out. We expect to ship out all orders between the dates 4/20/2011 to 6/15/2011 this Friday. For orders later than that, if you decide to keep your order, will be delayed until further notice for a general time frame of 1 - 2 weeks. I apologize for any inconvenience, but we are managing as best as we can to get these items to you. We will be raising our prices and re-forming our website soon, I will be sure to update the website with the back order warning at this point it is just too much for em to handle at once, I hope you can understand. I will be sure to find a way to make these delays up to you. If you have any need for more units I will be glad to offer hefty discount o you to help us out of this rut we are in. www.unleashhealth.com So, basically it has been roughly 45 days of dealing with this jerk, he gave me a bogus tracking #, he never responds to emails, has no phone #, and refuses to give me a refund. DO NOT order from this company! This guy is a fraud, a scammer and has NO customer service, he is probably making these damn things in his bathroom and most likely has no clue what he's doing. He is taking advantage of people who have done some research and don't want to spend the extra $$, trust me, buy from a respected company like SOTA instruments, and forget Nasri Ayed, he is a complete joke, a liar and a lowlife scumabg who only wants to rip you off, take your $ and give you b.s. excuses.. and on top of that.. even if you are lucky enough to get product it doesn't work! Seriously, this guy is a sick man. I run 2 businesses myself, and If I ever treated customers the way this guy does, I would have been out of business in 30 days.. just like this guy will be very soon. In summary.. do not buy anything from this piece of garbage scumbag. If I ever see this guy in public I would be very tempted do punch him in the face.. and I'm not a violent guy, this is how frustrating it has been to deal with this jack a**. |
