What appeared to me to be a great place to work has become a place where the motto is 'Ready - Fire - Aim" I believe that UNLEASH SOLAR does not value its people and when I say people, I am referring to both customers and employees.... Unleash views it employees as disposable commodities, and in doing so, They are throwing away some of its brightest and most amazing talents.” If Unleash truly cares about the future of itself, they need to re-establish the foundation on the basis that the employees make the company successful and not the Executive staff... They MUST create an environment where employees feel wanted and needed. They need to learn from their mistakes and hide from them. The focus should be on the customer and the employees satisfaction. If they don’t, they will continue to burn out and lose the most talented resources as well as the almighty customer....
