US Builders Direct US Builders Dishonest Company, refuse to send back deposit after order cancellation, Boiler Room Sales Tactics Deerfield Beach, Flo

Ordered a 2 car metal garage off the internet from US Builders Direct.com, the salesman Joe Digraziano told me I had to deposit $2,000 that day as it was the last metal structure of a cancelled contract by Cal Trans in California. The salesmen was sketchy about the details and used multiple calls and emails to obtain my credit card details. When I contacted the City for set back requirements, I was told I would have to remove my retaining walls out 10 feet in order to accommodate the metal structure, and that because I live in a historic part of town, that the building department would probably deny a permit for it. When I can canceled the order, I was told that it had already been shipped and it was my problem. Two week later, shipping called me and told me the building was ready to ship. I called back and again tried to cancel the order. US Builders has refused to return my deposit, and said they have referred my problem to their legal department. Beware of these people, they are not honest business men, look elsewhere for any type of metal structure rather than using US Builders.
