palm off customers with poor fake coach bags.
You can not get in touch with them after placeing your order, they refuse to accept any emails.
They provide neither a phone number nor mail address iin their web.
They do not let you to cancel your order.
They draw more money than the order price.
They are illegally force customers to buy their fake and shoddy products!
Their web must be closed down!

I ordered 3 coach purses from usacoachstore.com. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL RECEIVE POOR QUALITY PURSES [BROKEN ZIPPERS, CHEAP MATERIAL ] AND NOT GET A REFUND!!! When I saw the purses, I immediately emailed them requesting their refund process. They returned my text the next day. They apologized for the quality and stated they would compensate me with some money to take the purses to a tailor for repairs! Can anyone believe that!!! Taking a brand new item to a repair shop!!! Did I forget to mentioned the company is from China. I had Googled a site on Coach items and it stated some of their merchandise is made in China, so I was ignorant to online scams and I placed my order. Anyway, I have emailed them 4 times telling them I DO NOT WANT COMPENSATION, I WANT A REFUND!!! They will not respond to me. After I finish this, I am reporting their site as a scam. Buyer Beware!!!, I certaintly learn my lesson. I am going to donate my purses to a women's shelter. Turn a negative into a positive.

I purchased a computer bag from them and two weeks later it started to tear. When I requested a refund they responded and offered me $10. They stopped responding, so I had to dispute it on my credit card. What a hassle.
