My gripe with this company is that they are not honest with the fees or their service. It is unclear how the process works NAD HOW THEIR FEES WORK. I thought that when I went through the process online and paid: $49 - New passport fee $50 - Processing fee $30 - Fed-Ex fee $129 TOTAL That was what my passport was going to cost! GUESS AGAIN! On top of that I now have to pay for $170 government passport fee, $58 Overnight fee to send my documents to these people, AND $25 Acceptance Agent (Post office fee). So no my damn passport is costing me $382. Look if you can do this on your own. DO IT ON YOUR OWN. Do not go through a service - they are charging you for nothing. I feel like I just bent over! IF THEY WERE CLEAR ABOUT THEIR FEES AND THE ADDITIONAL COSTS - I tell you I would have not even gone down this path - I would have just went about this on my own! Man that really hurts a pocket book to go through this. I AM CANCELLING MY ORDER WITH THEM NOW. Still going to loose my $50 processing fee. THAT IS OBVOIUSLY HOW THEY MAKE THEIR MONEY $50 at a time. Nickeling and diming the consumer.
