Beware 3rd party ripoff company. If you search the internet to renew your passports this company will show up first on your screen. They are not affiliated with the US govenrment and will charge you to get your new passport. Unfortunately I learned this a day late after I had submitted my application over the internet and was charged $129. I called the next day to cancel my application when I learned I could apply directly with the US government and was promised a refund. I received an $84 refund 4 weeks later minus $45 cancellation fee.

I feel this is outrageous, deceptive, and price gouging. This cancellation fee along with no information describing this company's actual business is sure to swindle and defraud other unsuspecting people trying to renew their passports. Crooks!

We also experienced the same thing with USPassportsonline.com. When I called the next day to cancel my application, they told me about the non-refundable $45 cancellation fee. I asked the representative to reconsider since I thought I was on the US government's website, the guy told me that I should have known since the web address ended with .com and not .gov. How was a lay person to know that piece of info.? I got so mad, and I called my credit card company to dispute the claim. Fortunately, I did get the full amount refunded back to my account. Stay away from this unprofessional and unscrupulous website!!!
