I prepared two Broker Price Opinions for this company in April 2011 and in August 2011 still no response, I have contacted every person that emailed me for the report and they have all "left the company" or do not handle payments, I was told to email [email protected], and have done so 5 times with no response. DO NOT PREPARE BROKER PRICE OPINIONS FOR THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT PAY, I am sending them to a collection agency. Email me if you have any questions

I have same problem except I did about 9 that I havent been paid for from May & June

I completed 2 totaling $200.00 in April 2011 and still have not received payment. I have called repeatedly and emailed repeatedly and no responses. I feel we need to alert NAR and turn them in...if the companies that they are servicing new that they were not paying their vendors when they have paid them for the orders they would not have anymore. Maybe that is what we need to do...contact the companies that they are getting the orders from and stop their business flat. We have all put our gas and time into the reports we have earned the payments...we cannot work for free--how would they feel if they didn't get a paycheck or hadn't been paid since April 2011?

They have not paid me of a year, I am a single mom with 3 kids, I cant afford to work for free. I have emailed them over 15 times asking that they please pay me and that I cant afford to work for free. Nobody ever answers the phone or emails back. 6 weeks ago they sent me a request for a BPO. I sent them an email back stating pay me first. DONT DO WORK FOR THEM! you wont get paid.
