VERIZON WIRELESS 3 DAYS OVER AND THEY WON'T ALLOW ME TO RETURN DEVICE Internet, Internet

I purchased a Samung Galaxy Tablet form Verizon thinking that I could use the device when I travel to watch movies I downloaded while in flight. I purchased the unit and rfecieved it on 10/11/2011. I took my first trip with my new tablet and discovered that it does not download movies but streams them over the internet. This was not what I wanted. When I called Verizon on 10/28 to cancell and return the device, i was told that I was out of luck. I was 3 days over their 14 day return policy, and I had 3 options i keep the tablet and pay off the contract, find someone to assume the contract or pay a $350 termination fee! I offerred to return the unit and let Verizon keep the $130 i paid for it, but was told emphatically by a supervisor that Verizon DID NOT WANT the tablet back. They are totally unwilling to accept anything less than a $350 termination fee! For 3 days! I have no intention of ever paying Verizon another penny! I already have AT&T for my cell phone, and will never need Verizon for anything. I'm sure that I am not alone here. I have purchesed devices form both AT&T and Sprint and have return to bith with no issues.
