Our company purchased four pallets of customer returns furniture from Via Trading for the first time.
We were trying to be conservative, considering the risks involved in buying costumer returns.
So far it has been the biggest mistake we made as a company. After opening all the pallets we realized that we could not fill up one single pallet with items worth selling.
90% of the items we bought went straight to the landfill , for some items the cost of repair was higher than the actual value of the item and others were unrepairable . We contacted via trading, hoping to find a solution and expecting to get at least a small refund or a percentage of what we spent.
We submitted a list of damaged items and photographs as proof.
The Only solution they offer was to give us a discount on our next purchase. What a Joke! I wonder what makes them think that they can sell you 4 pallets of merchandise and send you
3 1/2 pallets of garbage , and afterward ask for your business in return with the promise of a discount. As quoted by another complaint:"They claim that the "Damaged item" are just small scratches and or repairable items. You can make money from. They also claim over and over e only 5%-15% and as much as 25% damaged. so that would mean that worst case scenario would be 75% of the items would be or could be sold as new. These are their words.. They claim that most of their business come from repeat customers which seems really strange, considering that it was our first time buying and after having such a bad experience the only thing they were willing to do was a discount on a future purchase. Buyer Beware Don't Waste Your Money!!
