Unauthorized debits from checking account

I am a resident of Portland, Oregon and I did not order any items or products from this company and the company posted unauthorized payments in July and August from my checking account.
On August 15, 2013, I reviewed my checking account and noticed a charge for an electronic check in the amount of $25.95 that was paid to the order of voipprollc.com. I also noticed another debit in the amount of $25.95 posted on behalf of the same company and listed as "purchase". I had no idea who the company was, so I did some research online and noticed that the company has a history of writing unauthorized checks on accounts all over the United States. There are 24 complaints filed with the BBB of Southwest Nevada and 21 of them are related to unauthorized debits from checking accounts. There are multiple complaints about this company on Scambook, ripoffreport.com and other web sites posting consumer complaints and pretty much all of them are related to unauthorized ACH transactions and electronic checks. Whenever someone gets really persistent with this company and files multiple complaints, especially with BBB, the company provides standard responses to all complaints like:

Voip Pro LLC provides unlimited VoIP telephone service for a rate of $25.95 per month. This particular order was placed online... through our website www.voipprollc.com. The email address provided for confirmation was ********@yahoo.com. No online order is accepted unless the terms and conditions are agreed upon. For security reasons, an IP address is also logged at the time of order placement. In this case, the originating IP address was....

Mr/Mrs. ****** contacted our customer service center on.... At this time she let our office know that she had no recollection of placing this order and requested cancellation.

At her request, this contract was immediately terminated and a full refund has been issued for the two remaining charges not previously returned by the bank.
