Wal-mart Refuses to pay the repair! Prescott, Arizona

I had an Oil Change from Wal-mart in Prescott, AZ Store Number 1417.
Monday, Apr 11th, 2011 @ 2:51 PM My truck, 2006 Mitsubishi Raider, was out from the shop, and I paid what I owe them. I went to my truck and opened my door, and I saw my internal door handle!
(I can open my door from outside, but not inside!) I called the managers, and they were looking for the guy who broke my door handle, and they found him about 2hrs later. First, the manager guy told me to go to junk yard to get that part!
That pissed me off, because, they didn't gave me the refund of their BAD service, and they told me to go to the junk yard to get the part?? then they told me to bring quotes for the part. I didn't understand why I have to do those works either, because they broke it, they should be the one who need to do everything. anyways, they were lazy to fix the problem, and on Thursday, Apr 15th, they finally called their insurence co, phone numb 1-800-527-0566 ex 20586. The total repair price was $502.75 with the tax included. and the Evil Wal-mart's insurence co, will pay me only $320! They said it's 2006 model and the part is a plastick! HAHAHA!
so they will deduct 10% every 1 year of the part price and I found out that, it was a total B.S! and now Steve guy is not in office, his supervisors aren't answering or returning any of my phone calls.
