He and I walked outside and he looked at the window and said he could not fix it because the crack was to large (it was from the top to the bottom) I then asked him how much to replace the window and who to call to schedule it. He then told me he can schedule it now and he would only charge me $125.00 to do it. I felt it was a good price.

My first sign should have been that he said he could only do cash for the price of $125.00because of thefees for using a credit card. I did question him if this was legal but he assured me that he has been in the business for a long time and he just purchased the Windshield Express business in Layton and so he was looking to make long lasting customers and word of mouth. So I trusted him.

Well then after he was done and I paid him and the window seemed to be perfect. Now the issues. The window leaks. When im on the highway I hear wind and when I went to the carwash water came in from the top where the head liner is.

I seen this guy at the 7-11 again and when I said I had issues and I wanted them fixed he said he was sorry for the issues and he would fix them.We then when out side and when he looked at the window he said I must have pushed on the window and that caused the issues so he would have to charge me to fix it, I told him no way did I push on the window. Why would I do that,we then went back and forthand then he said if im going to be an asshole then I can F--- Off. We went back and forth for a bit and he became very angry and got in my face and was yelling at me.

Afterthis guy became that angryI became fearful, I thought he was going to hit me so I got in my car and left.

I then called Sxxxxx auto glassand they came replaced it. They also waved my deductable and so I did not have to pay anything.

Do not ever use WindShield Express in Layton Utah. This guy has anger issues.
