I ordered two custom wands from these some time late last July. Its now nearly November. Due to lack of response, I sent an email threatening to take further action, to which the response was "Your wands should be ready to ship next Monday [October 3rd]" . I havent gotten any response since then. I've sent a few emails, but nothing came of them. The wands were for my twin cousins birthday, and seeing as that was two weeks ago I expected the wands to arrive before then for sure. But no. Needless to say, I am not pleased. Heres some advice on wizardwands.net - No.

You're not alone. There have been MANY individuals taken by these scammers. If you look at RipoffReport.com you'll see several other complaints against this website. The sad thing is, no one thinks to look for a review on the website until they realize they're never getting their product. The whole thing is extremely frustrating and it makes me sick to think that I was fooled as well.
