Woodforest Bank, Wal-Mart Charged over draft fees on account that should have been froze due to theft of my wallet with bank info Internet

I had my wallet stolen and I called Woodforest the same day to report to them that my bank information had been stolen, I was told that my account would be stopped, however 2 weeks later charges started going through my account and I was being charged 34.00 over draft fees I called the bank again and told them this should not be happening they have now let the same ACH transaction for 508.00 go through three times and due to the account being in overdraft I am being charged fees, I tried to explain to the bank that I was 800 miles from home but they said I needed to come into the bank to put a stop on the account if this is true why do they give a phone number to call if your cards or checks are stolen. I am now up to over 600.00 that they say I must pay. I feel this a BIG RIPOFF as any other bank would have frozen the account and denied any charges that were sent . Why do they keep accepting the same ACH over and over after they have been told this is with stolen info. I am a senior citizen on a very low fixed income and cannot afford this SO BE WARE AND DO NOT BANK WITH WOODFOREST.
