I was selling an expensive bicycle on CraigsList and these people said they wanted to buy it, but I had to send a shipping fee through Western Union first. They are using Western Union to conduct their fraud. Western union seems to be working directly with them. This group immediately sent what appeared to be an authentic PayPal receipt verification to my email. When I called PayPal, they confirmed that it was a fraud and asked that I forward the emails to their fraud department. I received an email confirming the fraudulent nature of the email.

The location these criminals want the payment sent to is this fraudulent Doctor's office, Worrell W Nelson, in the criminal hamlet of Hillsville, VA. When I called to see if they were aware of the fraud, no one answered the phone with no option to leave a message.
