| Do not rent real estate property from STEVE WRIGHT of WRIGHT REAL ESTATE in Pueblo. He is a very cheap landlord that will not respond to any inquiries from his tenents to fix or replace broken items in home. Does not return full security deposits, has work done at the house and charges you for it. Charges renters full security deposit for cleaning that does not need to be done. Charges renters for cleaning garage stains that have been for 30 years. Old appliances in home, will not upgrade because of cost, he is very cheap, would not have front window replaced after internal water damage caused it to leak and stain, can not see out of window, still will not replace. Comes into premise when tenent is not home and inspects at his own will. DO NOT RENT FROM STEVE WRIGHT OF WRIGHT REAL ESTATE IN PUEBLO CO Would like my security deposit returned in full. The reasons for no return of the deposit are not factual. This landlord is lying about the repairs, the maint. did come out and some small minor problems, but never fixed all problems. They only fixed the "cheaper" problems, the problems with the Windows were never repaired after multiple calls, the appliances were 35 years old and constantly breaking down, without any of them being looked at or repaired. Wright Real Estate never returned calls in a timely fashion,always avoided my emails and when they did they had to return multiple times to do the same work over and over again. Wright Real Estate also billed my for electric usage for 3 weeks during which I was already moved out and the electric bill was paid in full in my name. Wright Real Estate charged me for cleaning a garage floor that was also 35 years old and used, I have had a 2010 Jeep Compass in the garage which never leaked anything onto the garage floor. Wright Real Estate had a water sprinkling system problem that caused the house to flood twice, both times the water ran for days because I was out of town. To make up for the cost of the water Wright Real Estate withheld my security deposit to help recoop their costs that they lost. They fixed some problems but never fixed all issues associated with the complaint. Wright Real Estate also withheld my security deposit for 55 before deciding to only give me $91 back from an $1100 security deposit. Wright Real Estate also charged me twice for carpet cleaning once I moved out and I have written proof I had the carpets steamed cleaned the day before I moved out. Wright Real Estate charged me to clean out items in the air vents, those items (whatever they claim to be) would have been in the vents long before I rented the place. They did the same for the disposal (which again I had professionally cleaned prior to my move out). Please don't let Wright Real Estate continue to lie about the work performed, it was never done and I was billed for it. I also was charged for leaf pickup in the back yard, I moved out in September just as the leaves were starting to fall, how is it my responsibility as a tenent to rake the back yard leaves? This man should not be running a business in Real Estate, he obviously is using the system to work in his favor being that he is the landlord and he has the final say in the security deposit matter.I drove by the property the other day and noticed from the street that the front window was still stained to this day after Wright Real Estate billed me to clean it. They are down right not telling the truth in this matter. The bottom line is MONEY, Wright Real Estate is cheap and will not fix anything unless it is a small cost to do so. They also will not return security deposits. This is not the first time it has happened, the tenent prior to me also informed me he was rejected a security deposit from Wright Real Estate and he had similiar complaints about the company. |
