Will not replace their mistake

This company S U C K S and I am sending this as a "warning to people" not to order from them. If you are foolish enough to order be prepared to get no assistance if your order is screwed up. Refunds or any replacements costs are unheard of. Trying to locate a top CEO of their company is a full time research project and coming from CHINA is more than the 24 hour advertising gimmick. You have to submit your complaint on their website and wait days of going back and forth in hopes of some assistance. This company has other complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and is unethical in their practices. Be prepared to give them your money with little results. The wristbands are cheap quality and make you pay extra to have them made in the US. If you fail to pay the extra charge they are made in CHINA, where I wonder if they understand color schemes since my order was W R O N G and the art department is Texas is telling me the color is correct. I urge you to check out other companies and find a suitable one to meet your needs. This company will disappoint you. Trust me, do your research first.

I had a similar experience. The art department changed my layout and printed it, never sent a proof or anything. although it is clearly not what I submitted they claim it is the same. I got an entire extra line of text on mine!! Unbelievable how stupid these people are
