| totalcreation.co.uk are a cheap web designer based in the UK, the service they offer is absolutely awful, the attitude of owner Rober Carter working from his parents back bedroom is appalling. His company is a scam based on ripping off unsuspecting consumers to sign up to his web design service. Work doesnt complete, prices rise regardless of fees originally agreed & threats of legal action when you question his motives. AVOID this scam/shoddy outfit at all costs you will get ripped off one way or another! |

| I only wish i had seen this a couple of months ago. I have received the worst customer service ever from this company. They are absolutely ridiculous and have input numerous errors on to my website. There isn't even a telephone number to call and speak with someone. It has taken them 1.5 months to get 4 website pages done. I'm furious that they feel they can treat people this way. Please stay away from this horrible company and find someone who actually cares about your business! |

| Could not agree more. I am on the verge of suing them under the Misrepresentation Act and reporting them to the ASA. If anyone has anything specific experiences to add to this I would be grateful to hear them. |

Total Creation web design are scammers.
I had a website done by this thief as well. Not surprisingly he produced a pile of total rubbish, and a complete rip off and refused to give my money back. Was a complete scam from start to finish.
I was so pissed off I spoke to a friend who's a private detective. turns out they are professional scammers/crooks who operate under various names and addresses.
Robert Carter from www.totalcreation.co.uk is also known as Robert Alexander Engeham BORN 04/10/1985, he also works the scam with his father John Carter, also known as John Richard Engeham BORN 16/04/1947
Their scam looks like it involves two companies Total Creation website design and Capital Office Ltd virtual office service www.capital-office.co.uk I’m considering taking out a CCJ against them to get the money back although my friend told me they have a long line of unpaid debts behind them. Looks like they’ve been ripping people off for a long time.

| hi guys - I've had the exact same experience - robbing git - communicatioon poor, final design not what I wanted and it was a painfully slow process. Very frustraing!! I agree with everything on here, these people are the biggest pile of dog poo (thats me being polite) i have ever en-counted!
My site designed by them took months to complete, they only answer questions they want to and not all, now my website has been hacked and they are taking no responsibility for it and told me to stop blaming them (even though they hold it on their server), i hate them and hope something can be done to stop them! |

The thieves have so far refused to refund my money after waiting for the last 2 months for a simple 3 page website's not completed up to date and they don't respond to my emails.
