Yourfreemeds.com Charged for something and waiting 2 months and still no refund Internet

I was offered a free trial of a product all I had to do was send $4.99 for shipping. Their site said to cancel within 4 days or I would be charged $89.99. I started trying to cancel two days into the four day free trial. I tried to call multiple times and I kept getting a voice recording that I needed to call back during normal business hours which were not announced. So I decided to email their customer support. I emailed them my information and told them I was trying to cancel but couldn't get through to anyone. I also then left a message on their voicemail to cancel my account and the information they would need. Finally on the 5th day I received an email and it just gave me the phone number again. In the midst of all this, my bank account was debited $49.99 by the same company. So I called again. I finally got a real person and told them I was trying to cancel and that I was charged any way a lesser amount. I was assured that I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days. In the course of two months, I called and emailed numerous times and everytime I was told that they just issued my refund and it would be here in 7-10 business days. I was told that there were some problems within the company and that is why my money hasn't shown up yet. Two months for a refund that should have been here a month and a half ago. I still never received the product I wanted to try either that I paid $4.99 shipping for. I don't know what else to do. I have contacted tem many times and just keep getting he run around.
