I called and asked questions in placing an order and verified the order was in stock. I spoke with Chris, ext 303. We also discussed whether to go with the 3 day option of shipping as I needed the camera by a certain date. After placing the order over the internet I received an email asking me to call to confirm the shipment. When I did they tried again to upsell me merchandise,( Eric this time) when I told them no they continued to push the extended warranty. I told them I needed to talk to my husband first and they told me I had to buy it right then or it wouldn't be available. I checked the warranty out and decided to order it so called back to speak with Eric who checked to make sure the order had not been shipped and was able to add the warranty. We again discussed when I needed the camera by and he assured me no problem. This was Friday. I received an email today saying the item was out of stock for at least several weeks. When I called to ask how that was possible as I had confirmed and spoke with 2 different people they were very rude and tried to tell me the item had been out of stock for several days before I placed the order. I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on. I called back and spoke with a man who said the manager was unavailable and tried to sell me a more expensive item that could be shipped immediately and was no bargain. I asked to speak with a manager and was told to call back in 4-5 minutes. I aked for the managers or owners name and they would not give me a name. From that point on they would not answer my calls. Very dishonest and rude.
