I advertised my vehicle for lease assumption on www.Swapalease.com and soon afterward I was contacted by 90210 Investment Group offering to illegally sublease my vehicle in violation of California Penal Code Section 571 Unlawful Subleasing by allowing a Buyer/User to use my vehicle still under my name and credit with the lessor/mortgagor/bank and make payments that are supposedly guaranteed by 90210 Investment Group. A business search shows 90210 Investment Group is not a licensed, bonded nor insured business whose domain name was just recently registered in March of 2012 despite the claim that they have been in business for over 10 years. Here is 90210 Investment Group's Scam Email which is a fraudulent attempt to illegally sublease my vehicle without gaining the approval of the lessor/mortgagor/bank. 90210 Investment Group arranges the illegal sublease and charges their subprime Buyer/User with no or bad credit a large downpayment. As expected most of their Buyer/Users are drug dealers, gypsy/roma, strippers, prostitutes or worst car thieves who will ship your car overseas. In any case you will at the minimum destroy your credit due to late payments and the fact that there is no payment guarantee and be in breach of your lease agreement and at the worst either have your vehicle destroyed or stolen by the degenerate Buyer/Users. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM ILLEGAL SUBLEASING ENTERPRISE. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY PHYSICAL OFFICES AND JUST RECEIVE MAIL AT THEIR SO-CALLED "OFFICES" LOCATED IN HIGH-END COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. 90210 Investment Group is also listed as a known scammer on www.swapaleasescam.com.
