Asking a lot of money in advanced but no job has been done

Report the con artist using career to scam money out of your pocket. He using the name Al the plumber. He would go around your house and offer to fix with generous deal. Then he would paid in advanced for all materials then corrected money from with honesty first then he would come back for more and asked for advanced money to do more works without offer free labor and you have nothing to pay extra except the materials. Mostly he would do this to women. He was using our trust to get money  even though he knew that we have no mooney, but he did it without any shame. We got scam by him almost $8,000.The thing is we couldn't do anything much for this kind of scam nor report to the police. I have been scam by him and I just want to warn people. Really live to see the bad guy in jail. Here is his photo that I have.
