Atlanta Auto Plus Yousef Seha SOLD ME A CAR THAT BROKE DOWN 20 MIUNUTES LATER! Cumming, Georgia

I purchased a 2004 Cadillac CTS from Atlanta Auto Plus on 9/22/2011 with 109,538 miles on it. After driving off the lot approximately 20 minutes later the transmission failed on the car at 109,607 miles. DO NOT TRUST the salesman Yousef Seha, he told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and was in great operating condition when he sold it to me and that I must have driven it roughly. When asked about any accidents he told me a collision in the back but further review from the mechanic showed that it was in a front-end collision, proving that he deliberately gave me false information. I returned to the lot the next day to try to rectify the situation hoping he would refund or offer assistance at the least with the repairs in good faith. He told me to get off of his lot and threatened to call the local authorities which he did while he "went to the restroom." The local authorities came to the dealership and asked for my synopsis of what happened. They later informed me that the dealer was crooked and new to the area and advised me to file a civil suit against the lot. I'm in the process of filing charges and hoping to get the sale overturned my the judge. In the meantime I'm out several thousand dollars and now have to resort to an hour and a half commute to school every morning and evening. I hope this report finds anybody considering doing business with this salesman and lot. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!

i got this car from in auction, i test drive it same way the customer done, i'm Not responsible for his misbehavior in using cars, 109, 538 miles -109, 607 miles= 69 Miles he drove it 69 miles on only 20 min this mean his speed 210 miles on hour, i don't know how he drove this car.no car can handle 210 mile on hour. i Sold this Car AS IS, customer refused to buy warranty for it, if this car pad why customer bought it? i'm in the business for 3 years, only have this compline from this customer, BBB found business made good faith effort to resolve complaint but customer not satisfied with business response . i'm in processing to take him to the court for assault my name and my business reputation.
