I went to purchase neck laniards from B-hive. When I got there the old woman at her desk asked if she could help me. When Isaid yes she just continued sitting at her deskfinishing whatever she was doing. Once she finally got up to get my items she came back andthey did not have the color I had asked for on the phone. She then went to return the items back to their supply room. When she returned I began asking her about name badges. As I was talking to the person on the phone getting more details about the items and relaying that information to her another employee came to her telling her someone was on the phone for her. Instead of her telling them to get a number and she would call them back she walked away from me mid-conversation and took her phone call. Well of course I left the store immediately!!!!! I then called & asked to speak to a manager. When I got the "operator" she told me if I didn't give her my name and a full description about what this was concerning I could not speak to a manager this is standard procedure they screen all the incoming calls. With that said. B-Hive feels they can treat you any way they want and then if you try to complain they screen the calls so their management never finds out how they treat their customers!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BY A COMPANY THAT WANTS TO STAY IN BUSINESS!! I went to Bayshore Trophies & Awards and got treated better than expected and got what I want. DO NOT EVER USE B-HIVE go to Bayshore Trophies & Awards across from Countryside Mall in the shopping plaza where Barewood Store is located. If you want to get what you wanted and be treated like a respected customer this is my suggestion!!!! B-HIVE IS HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!!!!

I found this site and your post while looking for the B Hive web site. Having been a customer of the B Hive for the past 15 years, I can honestly say that I have had nothing but the exact opposite experience. Over the years, they have always gone above and beyond to fulfill my special request and make my orders. I have used them when I was on the awards committee for my children’s soccer league as well as for my professional needs and all my experiences have been extremely nice. While I am not saying what happened to you did not happen, my guess is that it was an isolated experience. I base this on my 20+ visits to their store as well as many purchases from their web site.

I too, have always received the utmost of personal service. When put in a crunch they went above and beyond to provide the VERY BEST OF SERVICE. On the several occasions that I have been in their store the staff has always given the best of care to ALL their patrons. I will also add that I travel from Tampa just to do business with their store, passing up the opportunity of keeping my trophy and plaque order in Tampa.
