BIG BEAR CHOPPERS DO NOT GUARANTEE WORK & PRODUCT Big Bear Lake, California

I drive a big bear chopper venom 03. in March 2011 the frame of the motorcycle broke. I was told by my mechanic that big bear choppers recognized their frame had a recall on 03-04 venom models. After talking to Kevin owner of big bear choppers I had my bike towed to their repair shop. they removed the top end part of the frame where the gas tank rests and welded a stronger piece to reinforce & fix the problem. in Kevin's words I would never have problems again with that frame once it was fixed. after 3 1/2 months I finally got it back. felt great and I could definitely feel the improvement. Unfortunately this week another crack was found right where the main motor mount is. I talked to the mechanic who had worked on the bike at the time and immediately he agreed with me that big bear choppers should give me a new frame not only for all the troubles I had but for safety issues. He called me back saying that Kevin owner of big bear choppers felt I was responsible to fix the frame and was not going to back up his promess and own words & give me a new frame if you have a recall on any type of mechanical product, once fixed if a 2nd problem occurs that part should be immediately replaced without any questions asked. Unfortunately big bear choppers obviously does not stand behind their product and work, but also Kevin the owner himself does not back up his own words. if he had any honor and integrity I would have a new frame today. DO NOT BUY BIG BEAR CHOPPERS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
