| Early November 2010 I had contacted Mr. Rowalnd in regards to finding employment for myself and other Veterans, as our discussion continued he said he was the CEO and could show me how to make money and set up a company that would enable me in hiring Veterans. His company iCare payment solutions, he said he would give me a deal on an exclusive licence for Florida for $10000.00, I was to wire $5000.00 and he would follow with a visit to train me in Florida. The training never took pace his first trip was November 22nd, then he said he waas at the airport in Atlanta and could not get out, next week it was a funeral, then he was sick, then he had to appear in court in Alabama. Over a month went buy with excuse after excuse we were now in December and he agreed if he did not make his final trip before Christmass he would refund my monies. All during the time of his excuses he said he would extend Credit on the balance of the $10k as it "Was not about the money," his goal was to help me hep Other disabled and wounded Veterans which was the goal for me to set up this company. January, Febuary passed and ebvery week it was "The Check is in the mai" or I wired the monies tuesday or I will get it out next week. After all these lies and broken promises, I got the Police involved. Though we had no contract at this point,(Since he never showed up to cose the deal in November) the detective went to his house and of course Bruce said he wanted to resolve this, now the real run around starts. He sent a release agreement that stated a bunch of lies, but the end result would get my $5000 back. The Detective requested me to sign as it woud be the quickest resolution, which I did. By mid Febuary I signed his agreement based on the contract I would see my refund in 3 business days. Well here we are in April still no refund, the detective is pissed off for being jerked around and I am out my monies. Luckaly I was able to get $500 back since I put that amount on Visa, but am currently out $4500.00I also want everyone to know how low this guy is, he preaches Christianity(Typical Con Man) using it as a tool to de fraud. I had been diagnosed in December(Bruce Knows this as well)with a rare Bood cancer, Bruce knows I am terminal and have heart surgury since then and getting sicker by the day, Yet Bruce continues to Drink and spend money with out a care in the world. Do not do business with this guy. He is the biggest Liar and Con man I ever met, what kind of person would steal from a dying disabled Veteran? Bruce Rowland |

You are not helping yourself by posting lies about people...I have a copy of an agreement you never fulfilled and telling lies about your cousin is the DA was the most pathetic thing I have ever heard... Karma is probably why you are in the situation you are in...I hope you get your life straight before it is too late. And using the name of our great Veterans to plea your case when you lie is a disgrace to our great service men...Best of luck to you. |

I proudly served my country but a draft dodger like you has no honor so what could anyone expect from a low life like you. I hope you enjoy the jail in Cherokee County they'll love you!
