Clean B LLC Melissa Clark, PureCleanB Ignores emails, didn't ship orders, denies receiving payments Internet

I paid for two separate orders on 6 May 2011 (custom--was supposed to ship in 1-4 weeks) and 3 June 2011 (in stock--was supposed to ship immediately.) I never received the orders. I emailed the merchant several times and never got any response. I filed a chargeback for the one order that was paid for with a credit card via PayPal. I received a refund in the amount of $72.80 on 16 August 2011. I then received the order for which I had been refunded. In good faith, I sent the merchant $61.06 on 23 August, to pay for the products and actual shipping. The first week of October I received a letter from my credit card company informing me that the merchant had provided proof of delivery and the chargeback had been reversed. Now I had paid twice for the order, plus the shipping overcharge of $11.74. Melissa Clark at Clean B responded to an email finally, and stated that she had no knowledge of the rebuttal and reversal of the chargeback, and stated that the only money that she had received was the $61.06. She denied the receipt of the $72.80 in the chargeback reversal. I contacted my credit card company again, and they filed a dispute for the $61.06. As to the order paid for on 6 May 2011 ($76.80,) I provided Melissa Clark with a copy of my PayPal receipt for it. I still have not received it, nor have I received a refund for it. I have not received a refund for the shipping overcharge on the order I did receive, either. I have sent several emails to Clean B requesting shipment of the May order or a full refund and a refund for the shipping overcharge on the June order. I have received no response. I have reported Clean B to both the Better Business Bureau and the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
