Provided a service for finding companies who would offer grants to smaller companies in the range of $100K-$1.4M. Required a down payment of $3750 to begin and an additional $3750 once you've received one-half of your requested funding. Guaranteed to continue searching until a grant was found. Would provide assistance in web design and business plan writing for the grant. Had to submit a Profile which discussed the business and how the funding would be used. Said they were doing about 20 or so searches per month. Would not give any referrals siting confidentially agreements. Signed up for a $800K grant in June. Received a call in August asking about the profile. Tried calling them back in September at various times during the day and evening. Initially could only get voicemail. Sent email requests for a reply but no call backs or emails. Finally in October the 877 number was always busy and the direct line was 'not in working order'. Fax number still answers and website still functioning. Submitted a complaint to the BBB in September but have to wait 30 days for a response.

A representative called me ( Carlos) and offered to get me a personal grant for my clients (a have a company) to start business, help with updates, and hire more employees to help the falling economy. They would build they website and do advertising and everything to get it going. I was given a timeline of services for each client. A business plans and Logos would be completed.
The funds would come from Foundations. Clients would get a CD to do upload the website.
The clients was qualified, everybody sign the contracts. All I need do was send $2, 500 as a retainer for each client, Now I get no response to messages and the phone is always busy. Phone numbers will not answer and failed e-mails also. These con artist need to be caught and punished for such deceit and no feeling for anyone but themselves. I paid them 37, 500.00.

I filled coplains with BBB, Ripoff Report, City of Las Vegas, Complaint Wire, FTC and FBI
