apartment scam on disabled senior women

Senior scam. I moved into an apartment in a 10 apartment complex with 5 men and a women. where they rent to senior women on social security disability that they think have assects so these neighbors 5 men and a women can turn in false reports to social security disability that I or women who lived here in the past am not disabled to social security disability to get their rent paid. They then rob your apartment weekly and finally threaten you to make you move and then try to have your assects ceised to make more money. They do this to women in santa monica ca. I called the police and the only help I get is to change the locks. Most of the things stolen in the apartment are my sons who lives here to help take care of me. We both live in constant fear that they will do something violent to me, my son or my dog.
