Stanley Brasil Correa This company and individual made a contract and invoiced our company for the purchase of sugar from Brazil. We sent an initial down payment to their account at VP Bank in Switzerland. After several months, they had still failed to deliver any product, nor offer any evidence of shipment in our name. They issued a second invoice for the remaining funds under the name Transexport Impex S.L, located in Sant Pere Pescador, Spain, stamped with the logo of Correa Impex. We refused to send the remaining funds, as there was no evidence of shipment, as per agreement. The company still was unable to deliver, nor provide evidence of shipment. We then canceled the contract on the basis of non-performance by the seller, and demanded our funds be returned, which Mr. Correa agreed to. In the following months, Mr. Correa responded to us, only twice by email, and his phones appeared to have been disconnected. We can only assume that this company has taken these funds, with no intention to return them. Law Enforcement in any country are welcome to contact us, and we will provide all documentation, correspondence, copy of Mr. Correa's passport, etc.
