Cox Communications Billing for 2 Months Virginia Beach, Virginia
19th of Nov, 2011 by User623426
For the past 16 years I have been putting up with their rate increases ever 2 to 3 years with no plausible explanation. They bill you for 2 months, instead of one and charge a $5.00 late fee if you only pay for the month that is due. So each month I have paid a $5.00 late fee though I had net yet received service for the following month. for example I just get a bill for $205. I have paid half of the bill which includes a $5.00 late fee for the previous month though the half was paid on time. My bill is due on the 7th of each month and I usually pay on the end of the previous month. But because I only pay for the month of service I always have to pay the extra $5.00. Also I have no movie channels such as hbo, showtime, etc. The people of this state need help with this as our legislature is filled with republicans and we all know how pro business they are!
