I ordered a Gardenia Hair Clip from Cynthia Miller on her website Cyn Elena - Pin Up Glamour Accessories. This is the same owner of My Vintage Hut. I stated that I needed the item by April 2nd. Cynthia said she would send the item out as soon as she received payment. I sent the payment of $31.25 by money order. By this time we had exchanged three emails discussing payment and shipping. Before I paid her, Miller was very prompt with her responses on email. Since I sent the payment I have not heard from her. Cynthia Miller took my money and never sent me the item. I have sent her emails and called her numerous times but she has never responded. At this point, my wedding is over. I have asked for a full refund, but I still have not heard from her. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against her. |

I too ordered a hair clip from Cynthia Miller. I paid her with a cashier's check. After she cashed the cashier's check she stopped responding to my e-mails and phone calls. She cashed the check on June 6th, said she would mail out the hair clip that day. It is Now June 17th and I have not received the product that I was guarenteed by June 11th. The check was for 28.25 |

Wow, had I done some research before ordering from Cyn Elena, I would never have ordered from her. My story is the same as the two above. I sent her a check for a gardenia hair clip for my wedding. Unfortunately, she never shipped in time for my wedding so when I returned from my honeymoon, I contacted her for a refund. She said she had been sick and would send me a refund for my order. It's now been over two months, three emails and two phone calls and I have yet seen a refund. Losing $22 isn't going to break me but it's the principle--she's a horrible business woman and I'm now going to report her to the Better Business Bureau. I hope more people read these comments before ordering from her because she's nothing but a crook. All I have to say is KARMA... |
