On Fri., April 22, 2011 I purchased a designer handbag from this internet site called Discount Lux for designer handbags on sale at discounted prices. I ordered the Gucci Pelham Large Shoulder Bag 223955 F4G1T 9780/ Order Number: 177537440 for $210.00 at a discounted price of 20%. The total including shipping and handling was $187.99 in which I paid with my credit checkcard. I received a package in mail for a totally different handbag that was not even pictured on the site and not what I had ordered. I tried calling them and the number didn't work. I sent them an email stating the results of my purchase. They responded back in a days times stating to mail the handbag back with my name, order ID, and the exchange I would like written on a piece of paper. They said they would send out the exchange or refund me within 5 business days after they receive the returning item. Well, when I mailed the item, I made sure I got a receipt number. I have yet to receive anything from them or my refund. We exchanged emails several times and they keep telling me to check my bank in 3 to 4 business days and yet nothing.
