This American Victory Star was to be sold for $125.00 and was to have a plaque mounted on it to dedicate it to "your loved one", or the soldier in your family. There would be a profit from it, but the sales pitch was that he was raising money for vets and their families. I know he sold some, but kept all the money.

He also presents himself as knowledgable in the construction trade. He was very involved in Affordable housing here in the area's around Montrose, Colorado. He was a middle man for a while to connect contractors with stone quarries and he would present stone's to the contractors and then be the go between with the rock quarries. He was accused by one of these men from Utah to have stolen money from him.

He would also take rocks from her quarry and sell them and keep the money for himself. She was murdered (NOT BY HIM, he had nothing to do with that) and nothing ever happened about the money he took.
