| I was very disappointed after 3 days in the trade room. Spends to much time talking about the emotions of trading then teaching how to trade. When i first talked to Mike he said that he would commit to 4 days out of 5 days to be in the trade room, at best it averaged to about 1 day every two weeks. The guy is either going on vacation,sick or playing tennis. And when he does actually trade in the room, he is par at best with his trades. He recently had and accident playing tennis, have no idea when he will actually be back in the trade room. All traders should stay away from this company (Emin Tick Factory) Michael Paul Kanuika. He has not honored any of his commitments to the agreement of teaching trading through the purchase of his trade room and indicators. We all learn through repetition of making good trades, one cannot do this when he in never available to teach!!! |

This is Michael Paul Kanuika. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.I would like to say that yes, I did have an accident this year when I was playing tennis. It was a freak accident. I was invited to play tennis at a club that I have never been at before.
The courts were separated by green vinyl curtains. My opponent hit a shot out wide which I ran full speed to hit back, no problem. I actually got my racquet on the ball but ran into the vinyl curtain running at full speed head first. As a result of my all out effort I ran into the curtain, which would normally not be an issue, but about 4 inches behind this curtain was a steel wall. The impact was crushingly painful, worse than any accident that I have experienced in my life. I almost broke my neck and I sustained serious injury to my neck, shoulder and back.
I had to take pain meds for months. As a result of the accident I was out the trading room during that period, I don't trade medicated nor would I condone anybody else to trade in any condition that you are not near 100%. Thank God I am feeling myself again and have resumed my live training.
I have many traders that I have trained that are very successful, I have also had students that can't get out of their own way and continue to self sabotage their own efforts. And guess what, trading is a game that is played on a 6 inch field, it's located between the ears. Like most performance activities the mental side IS the most important part of success.
Yes, a good trading methodology and money management are also important, but if you can't manage your emotions and make good decisions then even the best money management and trading system won't save you...period!
The complaints that I get from a few are people who refuse to listen to the truth about trading and are looking for the holy grail trading software that does all the thinking for them, well I'm hear to tell ya, it doesn't exist. I also want to address another attempt to stain my reputation, I have changed the name of my trading business a couple of times, not to hide from anyone...wake up people, this is the information age, all you have to do is Google someone's name any you can see what they are currently up to...duh. The changing of our name was a result of our business evolution, if you will, the creative process of building a successful business, in other words, myself and some consultants are continually trying to improve our model. Thousands of companies go through it. A new business goes through a lot of changes in the early stages, also known as the incubation period, and during that time many changes are likely to occur before finding the right formula and that is all we have done.

| I am the original author of the complaint dated May 15, 2011. The only issue I have with this company is that he expected everyone to put there life on hold while he was recovering from a tennis accident for 9 months!!!. I did ask for a refund and did not get any type of feedback. Once they get your money your screwed. And if he was honest in his business practice he would of returned all money he received since he could not deliver what he agreed to ... All i wanted was for this person who i trusted to teach trading. He broke that trust, and yes Michael you are a Crook!!! |
