Enterprise Rent-a-Car EAN Holdings Surprise discovery of damage to car Santa Fe, New Mexico

We rented a car from Enterprise (EAN Holdings) in Santa Fe, New Mexico from May 27-May 31, 2011. We returned the car as agreed on the 31st and watched the inspection which discovered no damage. By the time we returned home, we had a call on our phone saying that a 2-1/2 foot crack had been "discovered" on the fender of the car. This "damage" had not been called out during the inspection. They have called and written to us asking for our insurance information. I have NOT given them any information. When I searched the web, it turns out we are among many people who have been victims of this kind of situation.
