Ethnogarden Botanicals Ethnogarden No Communication Weeks After Order Paid For Barrie, Ontario

Placed order after reading on ripoffreport.com that some Jason Callon has excellent product but a few issues shipping. As of October, Ethnogarden was trying to work through their issues, and things are looking up. I checked to see that they have been in business for some time, and have no BBB reports against them. Now this Jason fella must have a silver tongue, as persons other than me have dropped their BBB complaints, and added extra comments to their ripoffreport to say that things are looking up. Not so, I am at the 1 month anniversary of placing my order, when it should have been here 3 weeks ago - so says the order page on the web site. Not near as patient as others. I am not happy that there are no notices that there are shipping problems, that all emails have gone unanswered, and all calls have led to voicemail, and those voicemails go unreturned. This company is truely what BAD COMMUNICATION is all about. Do not ever order from this company. You may want a product from them very badly, but think to yourself how you can get your money back. Just leave yourself room for headaches and letdowns.

E.B. billed my Visa account over $2, 500 and did not sip me a single item. I have been trying to get resolution since first order was placed on December 31, 2009. I have alerted the BBB and have materials ready for small claims legal action. To say that I am pissed off is an understatement.
