20th of Jan, 2011 by User563021
Got this High Fee Card to help build Credit. Fraud charges appeard on Card in Feb 2010. Dispute was filed with no resolved. Contacted First Premeir and was adviced that since the card was paid in full we would investigate and get back with you.

March 2010 With zero balance the account was closed Over paida total of$146.00 for the fraud charges and we was waiting that a refund of those fraudulant charges to be returnedto us after the investigation was completed.

April First Premeir reopened the card and instead of refunding the $146 we over paid for the fraudulant chargesFirst Premieradded those charges back to our account and deducted another $146 from our account. Those we paid twice now for the same fraudulant charges to the account.

May we get a statement that our account is paid in full and we only owe $7.00 for the monthy fees.I called and let them know that we closed the account and paid it full back in March of 2010 and was waiting for refund of the additional payment that was taken by First Premier.
