20th of Apr, 2011 by User620615
there has been 2 problems the 1st is i paid for a setup and recovery prg for the computer well 1yr later i need the recovery disk and they didnt give it to me and told me i had to pay for another one... 2nd i had a problem with the computer they looked at it and said it was a virus and it would cost 149.99 to repair it i saidi would only pay it if it fix the problem....so the said it would well it didnt...and then after i made the payment the geeksquad went back into my system and said it was a virus protection setting issue which didnt cost anything to set to begin with. if they would have just said thats what it was to begin with i wouldnt have had to pay anything and now iam fighting with them to get some kind of refund back..i feel i should at least get half.
